The Road Ahead

We have a LOT of work ahead of us! Here are some of our first tasks. If you have any talent or skills related to these, please do get in touch with us! We need to get more volunteers, get donations. Please click here concerning our Fundraising page.

We need to determine the organizational structure. Will this radio station be an independent entity or under the umbrella of the CB Foundation? Where does it fit in that organization? Does it have a board of directors, etc.? We need to find a location for studios and office facilities, determine a budget and think about *programming *. What does the community need? How many hours will we be on air a day? How will we fill those hours? We need to secure legal counsel versed in FCC law as well as versed in local and Virginia law – incorporation.
