Porch Talk with Mayor Eddie Blunt

This week we have a new edition of Porch Talk airing.  Our mayor Eddie Blunt offered to be a guest on the show and of course we accepted!  Porch Talk is a show where we talk to our neighbors and learn a bit more about them personally – their lives, how they came to Colonial Beach, childhood memories, etc.  But for each person that conversation can take a different path.  This is not a political show, but when you’re talking to the mayor, even about his personal life, things are bound to touch upon local events a little bit.

It was a great pleasure to sit down with Eddie and get to know him a bit better, and hear the love that he has for our town in his voice.  At WWER we are also working on new shows where we can spend more time talking about official town business, and hope to debut “Town Matters” in May.  But for now, we hope you enjoy this new Porch Talk!  It will air all this week at various times.  Please see our Porch Talk Page for when to tune in or stream!
