Duke Dodson & Eric Nelson – Project Update

Our next interview with Duke Dodson to talk about his project.  This week we are joined by Eric Nelson of Coldwell Banker Elite Realty.  Eric will be very involved in the sale of the new Dodson properties.  Duke has made it clear that he wants to keep the charm and character of Colonial Beach in his new properties.  He also makes it clear that he himself will be very involved, to the point of renting a house here next Summer and eventually owning one of the new townhouses he is building.
