Thanks for your donations

Sometimes in the busy process of running the radio station and coming up new shows, it’s easy to forget to thank our listeners and supporters.  Our WATTS members help keep us on the air with their monthly donations of $5, $10 up to $20.  It doesn’t seem like a lot, but it adds up when you have several WATTS members donating each month automatically.  Our Underwriters are also a very important part of our ongoing income.  Without these two incomes, we could not meet our monthly expenses.

Every once in awhile, we just get a nice donation out of the blue from individuals or groups.   Last week I received an invitation to visit the United Methodist Church, where their men’s group presented WWER a check as a thank you for all that 88.1FM does for their community.  We met with several of their volunteers who were working the coat drive that day, and heard how much they enjoy WWER.
