Thanking our Sponsors

Sometimes I think we don’t give enough thanks to our Underwriters.  You can also think of them as Sponsors.  They are the local businesses who have donated money to WWER to help us stay on air.  Most of them are very small businesses who don’t have a lot of cash to spare, but still they contribute to us.  In exchange, we thank them on the air, and hopefully you hear it and consider patronizing them!

I say local businesses, but in fact we have Underwriters from Fredericksburg (thanks Dr. Kuster) and as far as Myrtle Beach South Carolina.    Although we usually ask for a one year donation, we do have a special event rate for shorter terms.  We have a new Underwriter in that category- Peace of Mind & Body Yoga & Wellness Retreat.  It’s an event starting October 13, so you will only hear their announcements on air until then.  Follow the link to learn more.

I’m also happy to note that another of our ongoing Underwriters has renewed.  The Westmoreland Democratic Committee has renewal for another year of supporting WWER.
