Happy Passover, Happy Easter, Happy Springtime from WWER!
This weekend we have some special shows for you.
- Saturday at 9AM tune in to 88.1FM for Talk of the Town where we chat with the organizer of the annual Osprey Festival. The festival is next weekend April 15 on Town Hill. Want to know about what they are planning? Tune in! We will also rebroadcast it Thursday April 13 at 8PM and one last time April 15 at 9AM as the Festival gets under way.
- Sunday at 9PM check out a special Calder’s Collection. The first half is Passover themed, including music from “Exodus”, “The Ten Commandments”, “Ben-Hur”, “Fanfare for the Common Man” and Sir James Galway “Shenandoah”. The second half is Easter, starting with “The Cardinal”, then a suite from “The Song of Bernadette” then Sir James Galway “Greensleves”, concluding with “Palm Sunday” and a suite from “The Robe”.
