Perfect Hour

It’s been a little while since we produced a new Perfect Hour. Even with all of the songs in our library, our listeners manage to challenge us with playlists of songs that we don’t have! It takes time to seek them out, add to our library and then assemble into a Perfect Hour. This week’s list comes from long distance listener Steve Zis. Steve moved away from Colonial Beach a long time ago, but he continues to listen to WWER online.
August 4th marked the birthday of the US Coast Guard, and along with his song playlist, Steve tells us the story of a Coast Guard rescue known as the Thanksgiving Miracle. We hope you enjoy Steve’s songs and the story.
