Martie and Jill interview Andrea Hess LPC a Licensed Practicing councilor. Andrea works as a crisis Councilor for Prince William County community service board where she also teaches groups of people who work in the Helping profession about compassion fatigue. Although this show is geared more for professional caregivers, we believe we can all learn something from what Andrea has to say.
