Drift and Muse

An interview with the General Manager and Chef of the latest restaurants about to open in Colonial Beach – Drift and Muse.  Executive Chef Robyn Carter and general manager Kelsey Biser bring 50 years of combined experience to the new restaurants.

Drift will offer a fine-dining seafood experience, and Muse is a pizzeria and arcade, a nod
to the arcades that once lined the Colonial Beach boardwalk.
